Thirty days of shipping.

Ten products with commits in the last month — commerce infrastructure, AI agent systems, embedded firmware, each one built to solve an operational problem a real business has. Names and dates come straight from git; most of the work is under NDA-friendly private repos, so details are shared on a call.

Ecommerce

Retail and commerce infrastructure — point-of-sale, loyalty, check-in flows. If you run a physical or hybrid business, this is the stack that keeps the register open when the internet doesn't. The sync architecture and data-isolation policies underneath are worth a longer conversation than a card can hold.

Jun 28Retail Infrastructure

Enterprise POS System

An ERP-grade hybrid cloud / on-premise point-of-sale platform. Seven modules composed over one strict cross-module contract — 37 tables, row-level security on 28 of them, and a range-partitioned sync feed.

in practiceFor a multi-location retailer, it replaces five stitched-together vendors with one system that keeps ringing up sales, tracking inventory, and enforcing data isolation between stores even when a location's internet drops.

    Gym Fingerprint Check-in

Fitness / RetailZero-cloud front-desk check-in: a USB fingerprint scanner wired straight into the gym's existing spreadsheet — modernizes the front desk without migrating a single record or paying for a platform.

    BrandLoyalty

Loyalty / WalletsMulti-tenant loyalty platform built on digital wallet passes — lets a retailer launch a loyalty program in days instead of building wallet infrastructure from scratch, and start turning first-time buyers into repeat ones.

Innovation

The harder, weirder engineering — where off-the-shelf software doesn't exist yet, so we built the tool first. If your problem doesn't have a category yet, this is the kind of work that gets it one.

Business

AI systems built to run a back office — sourcing, screening, compliance, code — with a human still holding the final call. These are the tools we run our own studio on before we hand them to anyone else.

Jun 25AI Orchestration

Phrompt

A multi-CLI agent orchestrator you can prompt from your phone. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and more run side-by-side on your desktop — driven remotely through a secure gateway, and orchestrated as manager → parallel subagents → judge swarms.

the shiftFor a business, it means one engineer directs a swarm instead of writing every line by hand — routine builds, tests, and reviews ship in parallel while the team's time goes to the judgment calls only a person should make.

phrompt — swarm session

Phrompt swarm session: $ phrompt push "ship the checkout A/B test"; manager: split → 3 subtasks; claude-code building variants; codex writing tests; gemini reviewing copy; judge: merged · pushed to main — all agents complete.

Tribe Lab

Alongside the business builds, we run Tribe Lab — a toolkit built on Meta FAIR's TRIBE v2, a foundation model that predicts how the human cortex responds to naturalistic video, audio, and text. Eleven modules, each asking a different question: where does attention actually drop in a video, does a dubbed cut still land the same predicted response, how do open-source encoders compare against TRIBE's own predicted cortical target.

Every output below is a predicted, population-average, relative signal — a screening tool, never a verdict, and never a substitute for real measurement. TRIBE v2 itself is CC-BY-NC-4.0 (research, non-commercial). It's the part of the studio that exists because the questions were worth asking, not because a client asked first.

Six more modules run alongside these — from a consent-gated personalization framework to a constrained reward signal for generative media. Ask us about it on a call; it's the part of the work we like talking about most.

tip: with a task selected, hit an idle agent. no selection? the agent grabs the oldest. the queue holds five — anything past that slips.
